Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Full-Time | 40 Hours per week
- Php 50,000 take-home pay per month
- HMO on first month of engagement
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine time

The client has a leading international brand, integrates Chinese and German technology in its expansive operations across America, Asia, Europe, and Australia. It's 47,000 sqm manufacturing plant produces 15,000 elevator units, 5,000 escalator/moving walkway units, and 1,000 car lifts annually.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This pivotal role supports the company’s expansive operations across continents, ensuring the CEO can focus on strategic decisions and partnerships. The ideal candidate will manage the CEO's extensive scheduling and communication, serving as the central liaison for internal teams and external partners. With a global reach and a commitment to innovation, the company offers a dynamic environment where excellence is at the forefront.
Minimum Qualifications
Key Performance Objectives:
First 2 Weeks:
- Orientation and Integration: Familiarize yourself with the company's operations, culture, and key personnel. Initiate meetings with department heads to understand ongoing projects and strategic priorities.
- Systems Proficiency: Gain proficiency in the company's communication and scheduling platforms, ensuring seamless integration into the CEO's daily routine.
First Month:
- Inbox and Calendar Management Mastery: Achieve full management of the CEO's inbox and calendar, optimizing their schedule to enhance productivity and strategic focus.
- Internal Communication Streamlining: Establish yourself as the go-to person for internal communications, enhancing the flow of information and decision-making processes.
First 90 Days:
- Strategic Meeting Facilitation: Organize and document strategic meetings with key partners and customers, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and manage complex arrangements.
- Project Management Initiation: Take the lead on at least one strategic project identified by the CEO, showcasing project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives forward.
In 180 Days:
- Operational Process Improvement: Identify and implement significant improvement in administrative processes or systems, demonstrating a proactive approach to efficiency.
- Stakeholder Relationship Enhancement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring the CEO is optimally positioned for strategic discussions.
In One Year:
- Leadership Contribution: Contribute to the leadership team's efforts by providing insights and administrative support that enhances decision-making and strategic planning.
- Personal Development and Team Expansion: Reflect on personal growth areas and participate in professional development opportunities. Explore the possibility of expanding the administrative team to support wider strategic initiatives.
