- Lead a team of Systems Analysts
- Gathers information, documents and analyses business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.
- Liaises with stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals
- Responsible for the documentation and analysis required to deliver digital product and experiences including but not limited to user stories.
- Requires work to be carried out in a collaborative way, using agile and lean methods.
- Plays a critical role in the software delivery lifecycle—from functional specification, development, and testing.
- Creates and maintain high-quality business analysis artifacts, including specifications, user story, etc.
- Identify the risks associated with the proposed solution as well as the risk for not implementing the solution
Minimum Qualifications

With experience in leading a team of systems analysts

With experience in systems analysis
-
Financial Services Industry Experience is a plus
-
Exposure to waterfall and agile methodologies
-
Process flow and diagram experience
-
IT development experience is a plus

Experience writing functional specifications and user stories

With exposure in integration, migration and data mapping

Experience working in technology enabled change programs/projects

Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong ability to interface and build relationships with business stakeholders

Advanced writing skills

Good interpersonal and strong communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines or cross-functional teams
