Job Description
- Maintain courier account
- Conduct coaching for courier POD/DNR/COD who carry out behaviour violations
- Responsible to suspend and unsuspend courier account
- Create weekly / monthly report
Minimum Qualifications
- Recently finished a Bachelor’s Degree from any majors or final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply
- Energetic and fast learner
- Have a great interpersonal and communication skill
- Familiar with Excel functions
- Available for at least 3 months and can start immediately
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta (Sunter)
