Job Description
- Carry out administrative duties such as sending emails, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc
- Willing to work with papers and maintain data
- Willing to produce and distribute letters, cards, and other documents related
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Handle employee data for BPJS (TK & KES) Registration & Administration
Minimum Qualifications
- Willing to work at Shopee Office at Jogja
- Fresh graduates or final year students with no classes to attend
- Able to work meticulously, under pressure & detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate effectively
- Proficient in MS Office
