Job Description
- Mengelola dan memonitor semua dokumen legal
- Melakukan riset peraturan perundang undangan
- Membina hubungan yang baik dengan institusi pemerintahan terkait
- Menselaraskan prioritas perusahaan dengan prioritas pemerintah
- Mengerti regulasi pajak reklame ataupun yang berkaitan dengan perizinan pemda
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang baik
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. pendidikan D3/S1 Jurusan Hukum dan memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun
- Bersedia dinas ke luar kota dan luar pulau serta memiliki kendaraan bermotor
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office
- Mempunyai networking yang luas
- Memahami regulasi per-legalan (kontrak dan undang-undang) dan perizinan
- Contract based dengan penempatan di Sunter, Jakarta Utara
