- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing).
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve KPIs.
- Understand and utilize marketing funnels to drive customer journey optimization.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and new digital marketing strategies.
- Develop innovative ideas and implement creative strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing a digital marketing team.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficient in digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing funnels and customer journey optimization.
- Ability to think creatively and implement innovative digital strategies.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
