Finance Supervisor  

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the financial health of the company through management of financial operations, analyzing financial data and providing insights and recommendations to management to support business decision-making. This role oversees the work of finance associates and ensures compliance with finance standards and regulations.

• Team Management

• Has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy or related field.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Has proven knowledge of Finance principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Has 3-5 years experience in finance
• Has 3-5 years experience in team and people management
• Well-adept in using financial systems and other related software.
• Has strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Has strong attention to details.
• Must be strategic thinker
• Strong influencing skills, driving change and gaining buy-in across different levels of the organization.
• Basic understanding of the OKR (Objective and Key Results) framework and its application in business settings. Ability to align team or department objectives with company-wide goals using OKRs
• Strong organizational skill to manage cadence effectively.
