- Do Telemarketing sales through outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell banking products and services
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns through phone/email in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Make sales call to new and existing clients
- To represent the company and its affiliates in a professional and convincing manner
- Reviews on sales performance, aim to meet or exceed overall set sales targets
- Makes accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Competency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Atleast 1-2 years experience in Telemarketing
- Experience in selling Financial Services is preferred but not required
