Accountant  

1. Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate financial information to management.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
4. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
5. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
6. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance reporting.
7. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
8. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
10. Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders and management.
11. Handle any ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned by management.
12. Maintain organized and accurate financial records for audit purposes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation preferred.
3. Proven experience as an accountant in the beauty and fashion industry.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
6. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
10. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
