- Reporting to the People Experience Manager, the Employee Engagement Specialist will play a vital role as culture ambassador in promoting the Company’s HERO culture which stands for Happy, Engaged, Result-Oriented, and Open
- Honest by supporting the Company’s objective in developing and executing initiatives that promote engagement and great experience that will improve employees’ productivity, retention and attracting new talents.
- The role requires a dynamic and organized self-starter individual to serve as the main lead in developing, conceptualizing, executing, and running different engagement activities and programs across the entire Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Similar or relevant experience in a similar position i.e Culture Ambassador. Event and Program organizer
- Must have a track record of implementing successful employee engagement programs and events from their previous companies.
- Must be a people person: Highly sociable, fun and energizing, can easily build positive
- relationship and alliances with other teams
- Must be outgoing, vibrant, and carries a positive outlook
- Highly collaborative, organized and self starter: Excellent organization and project management skills, excellent attention to details.
- Ability to motivate, influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Social media savvy (and must be willing to learn and work with our Digital Marketing teams)
- Proficient Google applications and familiar with various survey related applications
