Buyer  

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Buyer to manage purchasing activities and transactions with suppliers and vendors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery to support our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure goods and services from approved suppliers and vendors, adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Evaluate supplier options based on price, quality, availability, and reliability to make informed purchasing decisions.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable conditions.

• Create and issue purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of all purchasing transactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including inventory management, finance, and logistics, to facilitate timely and efficient order fulfillment.

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
