- Conduct legal activities related to the customer acquisition process.
- Review financing agreements and draft cooperation agreements with third parties.
- Ensure the financing acquisition process complies with OJK regulations.
- Perform legal research on SANF’s new business ventures.
- Responsible for supporting contractual matters during the acquisition process, ensuring compliance with prevailing laws.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Civil, Business, or International Law).
- Minimum 1 year of experience (preferably in multi-finance or banking industry as Legal Operation).
- Strong analytical, planning, communication (verbal & written), and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of applicable laws & regulations, especially in multifinance.
- Experienced in legal research, writing, document review, and contractual matters in Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented, able to meet strict deadlines, and capable of working independently/ in a team
