- Can understand all policies, standard specifications and guidelines of the company
- Ensure that the store achieve the objective in sales profitability, service and quality
- Ensure execution of monthly sales and marketing plans
- Maintains control of store cash fund
- Prepare all required administrative paper works including forms and reports in an organized and timely manner
- Assisting in manning and scheduling of store manpower complement as required by anticipated business activity
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and generate new marketing ideas
- Highly organized with excellent management skills
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
