Job Description

  • Conduct daily one-on-one coaching sessions and weekly group meetings with team members to go over feedback, quality, and coaching strategies
  • Provide feedback and action plans on operational plans and processes to ensure program goals are met
  • Identify performance trends across the team based on QA and productivity stats
  • Ensure procedures, standards, documentation, and reports comply with quality performance standards and are regularly maintained and updated
  • Ensure agents receive retraining or undergo performance improvement plans
  • Help develop creative employee engagement activities to motivate the team and drive performance
  • Communicate any immediate issues, new updates, and company or program policies with the team
  • Provide floor support/coaching. Coordinate with personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems
  • Prepare weekly reports for the client and monthly reviews to discuss progress, challenges, and team-building activities
  • Perform other tasks as required by the program

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience at a call center/BPO environment and a good understanding of how the overall industry works
  • Minimum of 2 years managing a team of 15 or more agents as a Team Lead or equivalent position
  • Strong knowledge and a high level of comfort working on online reporting tools, Excel/Google Sheets, CMS systems, and other commonly used apps and tools in the BPO industry
  • A full understanding of various KPIs for voice (required) and non-voice (optional) campaigns and the ability to plan and execute ways to create constant improvements
  • Excellent written and spoken English & Tagalog communication skills and is experienced in communicating with Philippines-based clients
  • Experience in QA, WFM, or training is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good technical skills — able to comfortably navigate through smartphone and desktop applications
  • Passion for leading a team towards various goals and can make a positive impact on a fun and challenging campaign
  • Effective organization and time management skill
