In the late 1990’s, Tomas Lorenzo, CEO and President of TLDC looked at what limited housing was available for university students and decided that we could offer a better option. The concept of Premium University Residences was launched in 2000, bringing university students closer to their schools through safe, comfortable, and accessible living spaces. Today, we are on our 7th premium university residence which will continue to bring upscale quality and security for university students. All our projects are within walking distance of the top universities --- De La Salle University Taft, DLS-College of Saint Benilde, University of the Philippines Manila School of Medicine; University of Santo Tomas, University of Perpetual Help Alabang, and Ateneo de Manila University. From premium university residences, TLDC expanded its portfolio by widening development formats; building multi-use complexes, townships, and leisure destinations. Becoming more adaptive and versatile, with a singular focus, Torre Lorenzo aims to fill the needs of emerging affluent market within promising locations—exploring new possibilities, multiplying opportunities, raising living standards.
