Job Description
Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Financial Analyst to join our Dealer Development Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
The Financial Analyst is a member of the Network Development and Sales Support Team that is responsible for creating financial analysis and reporting of dealer profitability, cash flow and improving dealer finance operations.
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in conducting financial studies, financial reporting, and project management.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Performs monthly analysis and reporting of dealer financial profitability, cash flow and credit standing of dealers
- Responsible in reporting optimal breakeven volume to top management
- Responsible in setting dealer accounting standards for uniform and comparable financial reports
- Highly involved in profitability assessment and feasibility study of Toyota Expansion Projects such as new dealers, service centers and Toyota Certified Used Vehicle facility projects
- Involved in risk management team who assess and evaluate tax implications
- Creates financial modeling templates for feasibility study and capital budgeting ratios
- Implements kaizen activities, and provides support in the dealer finance operations
- Conducts project documentation, plans and reports
Minimum Qualifications
Our perfect match:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management or Financial Accounting
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Relevant job experience in cost accounting is preferred
- You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
- You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
- You are capable of identifying and understanding problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
- You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
- You can identify opportunities and take action to build strategic relationships between one's area and other areas, teams, departments, units, or organizations to help achieve business goals
Skills required:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Power BI is preferred
- Background in SAP or other accounting system is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
- Has good customer service orientation
- Tenacious team player
