Construction Project Management Professional  

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Construction Project Management Professional to join our General Services Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Construction Project Management Professional is a member of the Construction and Risk Management Section that is responsible in making improvements, reviewing construction plans, preparing quantity estimates and undertake cost analysis for Visayas & Mindanao Area.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in quantity surveying, project planning and assessment, project estimation, bidding proposal preparation and analysis.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Calculate and manage all cost related aspects of construction projects
• Prepare and analyze contracts, bill of quantities and other documents needed during bidding
• Gather data and quantification to verify progress of accomplishment of project
• Monitor operational activities such as budget performance and purchase order monitoring
• Creates architectural design and estimates, project planning, project management and assessment
• Document project policies and procedures
• Creates drawing and project concept plan
• Conduct construction technical evaluation series
• Prepares weekly sectional report

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering & Management or course related to Quantity Surveying
• You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
• You are an actively participating member of a team, moving the team toward the completion of goals.
• You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, preparation of work breakdown structure is an advantage
• Building plans and drawings interpretation
• Has strong analytical and critical thinking skills and communication skills
• Has sound knowledge of construction
• Tenacious team player
