Job Description
- Prepares travel kits for clients
- Prepare luggage tags
- Arrange in Photoshop the logo of agents
- Assist Groups operations in inserting Technical Instructions of Clients

Maintain organized digital files and archives of artwork, ensuring easy access for team members.
Assist in managing schedules, project timelines, and deadlines for creative deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Pagemaker
- Have good typing skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with administrative tasks in a creative environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
