Job Description

  • Follow up daily operational: Analysis, research, and reply chat and comment.
  • Create monthly report and other report requested.
  • Communicate with client.
  • Provide data.
  • Create and monitor operasional.
  • Do operational if needed.
  • Check and mantain quality operational.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Educational Background Min. S1 Any Major.
  • Have a good communication skills.
  • Have a good Computer skills
  • Have a sense of Reporting, Analysis and Research skills.
  • Experience in Social Media are prefered.
  • Experience in Contact center are prefered.
  • Fluent in English both Speaking and writing.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
