Job Description
- Troubleshooting product issues to identify the root causes and provide solutions to IT professionals
- Leading remote sessions with customers and partners to provide assistance or solve problems
- Testing to reproduce customer reported issues including bug replication testing and verification
- Identify and provide workarounds to assist customers with issues caused by unresolved bugs
- Authoring detailed customer-facing knowledge base content
- Continuously learning about new features and/or technologies
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to support Windows, Mac OS, and Linux devices
- Ability to read, write, execute and troubleshoot SQL statements and scripts, Bash and/or PowerShell scripts
- Knowledge of anti-virus solutions and Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP)
- Knowledge of configuration and use of one or more of the following: JAMF, WSUS, SCCM, and MDMs
- Ability to read, write, and understand API scripts and read JSON files
