- Provides detailed financial analysis to the company's new and existing commercial loan clients.
- Conducts research on different industries to develop comparative financial figures against the company’s new and existing clients that are subject to credit evaluation and corporate due diligence.
- Review and evaluate the submitted initial screening process to determine the acceptability of the loan applicants.
- Prepares credit score cards for commercial loan clients using the company’s existing credit scoring system.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures with regard to loans and credit.
- Monitor routing of loan approval of accounts.
- Safe keeps the unit’s research materials on file.
- Maybe required from time to time to visit the client and do a background check
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that will support organizational goals and objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business Course preferably with a BS Accountancy degree.
- With adept knowledge of the financial statements (balance sheet. income statement and cash flow analysis) and the relationship of the financial information towards the loan application or existing credit line.
- Possesses strong oral and written communication skills using the English language.
- With experience in oral presentation of loan application to different company’s committees.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Business Analysis, Above Average Communication Skills( verbal and written ) Analysis of Financial Statements, Good interpersonal Skills, High Level of Integrity, Teamwork, Customer Focus, and work with unrelenting passion.
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft office Applications;
