Job Description
- Maintains records of financial transactions
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist Accountants and other financial professionals with creating and editing financial documents.
- Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
- Create and update expense reports.
- Mainly responsible for maintaining, arranging and safekeeping of the company books and other accounting documents.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Ensure proper accounting and bookkeeping methods are being observed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or any Business courses.
- Consultancy basis – minimum of 6 months consultancy contract
- 2-3 years work experience in accounting or related field.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and bookkeeping software.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
