Job Description
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in triaging callers properly such that all callers receive a timely and appropriate response.
- Focus on callers, maintain a professional demeanor, and continuously implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collect information regarding concerns, medical history and description of symptoms via the telephone using the nursing process.
- Prioritize calls based on patients’ needs.
- Provides clerical support and administrative assistance as needed
- Effectively communicates with patients, co-workers on medical team, in medical department and across departments
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Registered Nurse
- Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract
- Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
- Minimum of 1- 2 years Clinical Experience
- Ability and commitment to strictly follow protocols provided for patient education and counseling
- Ability to communicate with compassion, empathy, tact and Cultural Sensitivity w/ patients and their families
- Excellent Organizational Skills & Priority Setting
- Ability to work independently and as a team member within provided guidelines
- Able to Work from Home, must have reliable internet connection
