Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Conduct regular communication with US clients to gather financial information, address inquiries, and provide updates on accounting activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct reviews and audits of clients' financial records to identify errors, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with financial audits by providing documentation and support as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or any Business courses.
- CPA certification preferred but not required.
- Consultancy basis – minimum of 6 months consultancy contract (subject for renewal).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and bookkeeping software.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
