Job Description
- Track accounts receivables and keeps aging amounts at targeted levels
- Check the status of submitted claims
- Resubmit claims for appeal
- Send out patient statments
- Do patient collection phone calls
- Respond to patient phone inquiries
- Accept phone payments
Minimum Qualifications
- Consultancy basis – minimum of 6 months consultancy contract (subject for renewal)
- Must have at least 1 year BPO/Call Center experience
- Phone collection experience on the US accounts is desirable but not required
- Medical Billing or Medical Collections experience is desirable but not required
- Understanding of the US Medical Insurance Industry, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and contracted networks is a plus
- Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
- Willing to work on Graveyard shift
- Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection
