- Plan, manage, and deliver Oracle ERP projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and align on project priorities.
- Lead project teams using Agile methodologies, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows.
- Analyze and resolve project issues, identifying innovative solutions to challenges.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- At least 1–2 years of working experience as a developer, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and identify effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Microsoft 365, and VPN Global Protect.
- Preferably experienced in managing teams using Agile principles.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is a strong advantage.
