Job Description
- Validate device configurations to ensure correct alert settings.
- Perform module validation for TM Suite clients post-migration.
- Encode data for TM Suite and NavX clients.
- Update and reconcile two Daily Stat databases, ensuring consistency between the Masterlist and Daily Stat file.
- Update the Touchpoint database.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client services, customer service, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in face-to-face client interactions.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
