Job Description

Lead Generation & Strategic Selling:

  • Identify and generate leads for GIS and licenses reselling opportunities
  • Engage in complex negotiations, draft proposals, and close sales to meet group and individual targets, as agreed with the Business Development Manager and/or AVP for Business Development Group
  • Draft and present contracts/proposals to potential clients. Conduct product presentations with an understanding of geo-location solutions that are tailored to client needs

Account Management:

  • Manage the full customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to long-term account retention
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure clients maximize value from GIS solutions and licenses
  • Lead contract renewals, ensuring timely communication and resolving issues effectively
  • Collaborate with internal terms (software developers, finance, etc.) to address client needs and queries

Client Relationship Development:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including high-level executives
  • Handle client escalations, working closely with management to resolve complex issues

Technical Expertise & Client Support:

  • Leverage a strong understanding of GIS products, Google Maps licenses, and geo-location technologies to provide accurate information to clients
  • Assist clients in the technical aspects of geo-location solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and integration

Administrative Duties:

  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, in compliance with company policies
  • Assist in the collection process by coordinating with the Accounts Receivable team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • At least two (2) years of sales experience, preferable in technical sales, GIS, or geo-location services
  • Proven track record in lead generation, sales negotiation, and end-to-end account management
  • Strong technical sales skillset, with familiarity in GIS concepts and Google Maps license terms
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills, particularly in technical environments
  • Self-driven and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Pleasing personality with strong communication skills (verbal and written, in English and Filipino)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented and enjoys working with people
  • Approachable, patient, assertive, and persuasive
  • Comfortable in field work and maintains composure under stress
