Job Description

Sebagai Customer Engineer di Astragraphia akan memberikan dukungan layanan purna jual untuk produk Astragraphia. Anda juga berperan penting dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi pelanggan terkait produk ini, memastikan mesin dapat beroperasi dengan optimal. Dengan kemampuan teknis dan keahlian komunikasi, Anda akan melakukan kunjungan ke lokasi pelanggan untuk mengatasi kendala yang terjadi, menjaga kepuasan pelanggan dan memperkuat hubungan jangka panjang.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirement :

Pendidikan D3 Teknik Elektro / Mekatronika atau D4 Teknik Elektro, IPK > 2.80
Memiliki pengalaman maksimal 2 tahun Kerja
Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
Tidak sedang menempuh masa perkuliahan
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal skill yang baik
Memiliki kemampuan dalam berbahasa inggris
Dapat mengendarai motor dan memiliki sim C
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh cabang Astragraphia di Indonesia
