Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA policies and procedures.
• Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing of software products.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
• Analyze test results to ensure product meets quality standards.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide regular reports on QA activities and findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.

Additional Information:

• Our work arrangement is full Work From Office (Tangerang, Banten)
• The salary range for this position is around 5-8 million (depends on the technical interview result)
