Job Description
- Manage information technology systems and infrastructure
- Provide support and resolution to all IT related request/issues and escalate to the IT Manager as needed
- Install, Install, configure, deploy and maintain desktop, laptops, server, printers, smart phones, network peripherals; and authorize software deployments
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify and prevent possible intrusions
- Ensure software updates are applied and kept up to date on servers, desktops, laptops and network peripherals
- Manage IT assets of hardware, software and licenses
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Preferably 1-3 years experienced employees specializing in IT / Computer Network / System / Database Admin or equivalent
- Advanced troubleshooting experience (PC,hardware / software, browsers, etc.)
- Programming languages such as HTML5, JavaScript and PHP
- Customer service and communication skills
- Willing to work rotating shifts
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience
- Willing to work rotating shifts on-site and remotely
