1. Conduct the following service visits:
Site surveys
Scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) services to deployed projects under warranty
Start-up, testing and commissioning activities
24x7 on-site technical support for deployed projects under warranty
24x7 on call technical support for deployed projects under warranty
PACU/MDC/UPS Installations
2. Preparation of services cost estimation
3. Coordination to service providers for the
4. Monitoring of the PM services schedule and coordination with partners for the appointment and permits required
5. Evaluate and monitor on-going equipment installations
6. Preparation of service/project reports and other technical documents
7. Preparation of monthly projects/deployment report summary
8. Processing of permits required on site prior to start of work
9. Do pre-sales work in preparing BOM, proposals, solutions and other related technical work for pre-sales
10. Monitoring of warranty for deployed equipment/projects
11. Conduct basic administration trainings to client after the equipment commissioning/project handover
12. Conduct technical trainings to the team and to external clients
Minimum Qualifications
-
Electro-mechanical / Electrical Technician
1. With knowledge about Data Center, UPS and Cooling Systems
2. With knowledge about the operation of the above-mentioned equipment
3. With basic knowledge of using/setting equipment parameters via their user interface (display)
4. Preferably with 2 years and up of service experience
5. Preferably with experience in installations/ maintenance/ repairs/ replacement of UPS, Batteries, ACUs and PACUs
6. Vocational course/TESDA graduate
