Job Description
The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our existing and potential customer through phone, email, and web chat. He/she will handle customers' concerns regarding their online account, connectivity issues, hardware devices, and software issues, and will conduct troubleshooting to resolve them.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of at least 2 years of college education of any IT-related courses, or has a vocational/training diploma/certificate related to IT.
- Preferably has at least 1 year of experience as a TSR in a BPO company.
- Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting of Bluescreen Error of Death and Registry Editor.
- LAN knowledge and Help Desk experience.
- Proficiency in computer applications and system administration.
- Has the following skills:
- Problem solving.
- English communication, both verbal and written.
- Windows and Mac Operating Systems (XP, 7 and 8)
- Phone and customer service.
- Quality focused.
