Job Description
Ylopo, LLC is a rapidly growing marketing and technology company providing internet marketing services and proprietary lead generation and engagement software to successful real estate agents across the country. We are seeking an outgoing, tech savvy individual to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code using Squarespace Platform
- Bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining and manage websites
- Answering clients’ website related inquiries via the ticketing tool
- Assisting clients through email, phone, screen-share meetings as needed
- Communicating encountered issues to the team and Team Lead
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have advanced experience with CSS, HTML, and Javascript
- Must have experience with CMS platforms such as Squarespace, Wordpress, or Wix. Experience with Squarespace is a must.
- A basic knowledge in UI/UX software such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop is required.
- Ability to convert all design mockups from design team and full site replications
- Must work U.S Hours (PST).
- Must have strong English communication skills both written and oral
- US Real estate experience preferred but not required
- Must be well organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
- Ability to effectively prioritize projects and workloads
System Requirements:
- Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
- MUST have the latest Operating System
- Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
- MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
- A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
- At least 20 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
- Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
- Back up power source
Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard
Rate: starts at PHP 55,000
