Job Description
- Work closely with Accounts team to ensure accuracy, timeliness and scheduling of hotel AP/AR process
- Gather and prepare data for various financial spreadsheets to support billing and invoicing report any troubling discoveries
- Reconcile any financial discrepancies with our hotel partners
- Improve the current finance function (processes, controls, master data and tools)
- Implement and maintain adequate and effective workflows to help us scale globally
- Assist with ad hoc projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any business related courses
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Must be keen to details
- Has the ability to Multi-task
- Has analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Hands-on mentality (i.e. do the work yourself) is a must
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Must be proficient in using MS Excel, working experience dealing with complex spreadsheets preferred
- Enjoys building processes and systems with a strong can-do attitude
- Must be willing to work 1 weekend a month (Scheduled 1 month in advance and
- Must be willing to work in Makati
