Job Description
- Maintain and record company’s books of accounts including cash receipts, cash disbursement and general journal books
- Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly income and expense variance analysis, budget and forecast
- Perform bank reconciliations, PPE lapsing schedules, and accruals of receivables and payables
- Process payroll computation and payroll release
- Manage company’s bank accounts including handling of checkbooks, preparation of check vouchers and writing and issuance of checks
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, annually BIR tax returns
- Prepare and file audited financial statements and annual income tax return
- Prepare and file reportorial requirements SEC
- Ensures timely remittance of government mandatory contributions for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig
Minimum Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
- At least three (3) years experience in related field;
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn new softwares;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Can work with minimal to no supervision;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong leadership capability;
- Experience in Lending Industry is a plus.
