AB Heineken Philippines (ABHP) is a new player in the country’s beer market, and our goal is to change consumers’ behavior when it comes to their choices for a beer. Job Context
Key Accounts Executive – Chain Restaurants / Hotels
- Five days work week (Monday – Friday)
- 9AM-6PM
Key Responsibilities
As part of our ever-growing team of top-caliber salespeople, your role is to ensure the following:
- Grow the business by managing existing chain or hotel accounts & new customer/partner acquisitions
- Grow market share of ABHP brands
- Negotiate the improvement of distribution, availability, and presence of our brands in assigned accounts
- Conceptualize and execute brand building and volume generating activations and events
- Able to connect with consumers and generate insights to improve (the brand)
- Build relationships with customers which results in preferred partner status
- Manage resources to win trade profitably
- Develop winning relationships with distributors and third-party partners
- Achieve monthly and annual targets

- A quick thinker and can pragmatically deal with issues in any given situation

Candidates who already have sales experience within the FMCG industry are preferred. However, applicants from other industries who are hungry to learn more and are willing to be trained will be considered and are encouraged to apply.
Furthermore, you need to have a valid driver's license and be based in Manila in order to be considered for the role.

- Sales / business acumen + PnL management
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficient specifically in Excel
- Budget management & maximization
