A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. Their primary goal is to identify potential customers and nurture them into sales-ready opportunities.
Lead generation: Initiating contact with leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and attending industry events.
Prospecting: Conducting research to identify potential customers and companies that could benefit from the organization's products or services.
Qualification: Assessing the needs and requirements of leads to determine their potential as a sales opportunity. This involves conducting discovery calls or meetings to understand their pain points and evaluate whether the solution offered aligns with their needs.
Lead nurturing: Implementing lead nurturing strategies to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales funnel. This may involve sharing valuable content, following up on previous interactions, and scheduling follow-up meetings or demos.
Metrics tracking and reporting: Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including leads contacted, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates. Providing regular reports on key metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering or any 4-year related course preferred but not required
- At least 1 year experience in indoor/outdoor sales or marketing preferred but not required
- Any licenses related to perform the responsibilities is an advantage but not required.
- Any certifications related to perform the responsibilities is an advantage but not required.
- With experience in selling Solar Panels but not required
