- This position is responsible for the coordination and execution of internal financial reporting functions to all levels of Company’s organization and providing assistance to the external reporting functions to the regulatory agencies.
- Also responsible for coordinating the activities of financial planning and budgeting to come up with accurate budgets and forecasts for the Company and departments.
- Prepare management reports to reflect profitability and financial performance of the Company, the Facilities and the organizational units of the Company
- Provide analysis and explanation of financial performance against prior year and budgets; progress against key corporate metrics; and pertinent financial highlights at the level of the Company’s Net income, Facility’s operating income, and departmental expenses
- Extract, develop, prepare, interpret and disseminate data relevant in formulating forecasts and estimates and coordinate the completion and consolidation of budgets and financial plans
- Create, enhance and disseminate templates and forms to be used in submitting, reviewing, consolidating and communicating budgets and financial plans
- Assists the department managers and examine their budget estimates and adjustments for completeness accuracy, and conformity with budget policy, directives and parameters
- Create financial models and sensitivity analysis to formulate projected financial results and determine viability of potential events, business plans and strategic initiatives
- Provide cross-functional assistance to the execution of external reporting functions to the Board of Investment (BOI) and Department of Energy (DOE). Gather and consolidate information and complete reports for submission to BOI and DOE; and ensure 100% compliance to the agencies’ financial reportorial requirements
- Work with Department Managers in the submission of forecasts and budgets, providing assistance with the cost analysis, use of templates and forms and understanding budgets directives, policy and parameters
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Preferably we require a BS Accountancy or Financial Management graduate
- With 2-3 years experience in Finance handling budgeting, planning and forecasting and with background and knowledge in variance analysis.
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant but not required
- Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning
- Knowledgeable Financial Modelling and Sensitivity Analysis
