The HR Business Partner Specialist collaborates with the HRBP team to enhance the employee experience through HR services, focusing on organizational development, learning and development, talent engagement, and retention, while also contributing to initiatives that improve overall organizational effectiveness.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any 4-year course ; 2-year course can be considered if there is a relevant experience
- At least 2 years experience in human resources as Generalist
- With experience in Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, HR Policies and Procedures, Data Analysis and Interpretation, HR Process, Systems and Technology, and Project Management
