Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The position is responsible for on time and accurate payment of salary, company benefits and retirement pay to all employees of Hedcor Group.

Responsibilities:

Payroll

  • Facilitates the payment of employees’ compensation and benefits of Rank and File employees.
  • Coordinates with government agencies regarding employee contributions and loans.
  • Assists in wage/salary administration and compensation research.
  • Ensures on time remittance of government contributions and loans via Onehub Facility.
  • Facilitates printing and distribution of BIR Form 2316 to employees, collection, scanning and submission to BIR.
  • Ensures correct Alphalisting of compensation and benefits and on time submission to BIR.
  • Consolidates Job Costing (JVs) to be submitted to FAD monthly.

Separation Process

  • Prepares retirement letter.
  • Prepares certifications of retirement of employees for notarization.
  • Computes final pay of separated RF employees.
  • Computes retirement pays of retiring employees, if applicable.
  • Computes Death Benefit, if applicable.
  • Prepares Retirement Notices.
  • Prepares Quit Claims for retirement pay and Retirement Certifications.
  • Handles annual actuarials to be submitted to AEV (retirement related only).

Administrative and Documentary Requirements

  • Prepares monthly overtime report for all departments.
  • Facilitates the Payroll ATM account opening of newly hired employees (Confi only) and newly promoted employees.
  • Assists in the updating of the Manual of Personnel Policies and Procedures.
  • Prepares and submits 13th Month Compliance Reports to DOLE every 15th of January.
  • Submits Annual Wages Report every January 31st online.
  • Initiates RFPs of billings on payroll processing fees in the Optikus.
  • Handles processing of SSS,PHIL and Pag-IBIG clearances every year for Luzon BUs.
  • Collects acknowledged PIS and Merit increase notices annually.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder holder in Accountancy or any finance/business management courses
  • With at least two (2 years) of relevant experience in compensation and benefits and payroll processing
  • Must be adept at income tax on compensation
  • 1 vacant position available in La Trinidad, Benguet
