Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- System Data Entry
- Assists customer orders and inquiries
- Order/Stocks Replenishment
- Report variances and correction of stock qty
- Collections of due accounts
- Deposit Collections (cash and checks)
- Monitoring of customer orders/coordination with customers for pick-up of ordered items
- Monitoring of Accounts Receivables / Monthly Report
- Petty Cash Monitoring and Replenishments
- Monitoring of Office Supplies and other needs of the Depot
- Processing of Permits and Licenses
- Building monitoring of rental payment and tenant concerns
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Business course
- experience in sales analysis
- Good at office work, familiar with report preparation, memo, and business correspondence.
- With good analytical skills.
- Proficient in excel and office applications.
- With good communication skills both written and oral
- With good interpersonal skills
- Experience as Marketing Head or in the sales-marketing field is an advantage but not necessary
- Good attention to details
- With good EQ ethical and professional behavior
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Strong leadership abilities and management skills
- Willing to be assigned R. Magsaysay Ave. Davao City
