Talent Acquisition Intern  

Sourcing and Screening:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.

Interview Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare interview materials and ensure a smooth interview process.

Job Postings:

• Create and manage job postings on internal and external job boards.
• Ensure that job descriptions are up-to-date and accurate.

Candidate Relationship Management:

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.

Data Management:

• Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.

Employer Branding:

• Support employer branding initiatives by participating in career fairs, networking events, and social media campaigns.
• Assist in creating content for employer branding purposes.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Customer relationship-oriented, ability to build strong relationships with all level stakeholders
• Ownership and entrepreneur mindset. You will be working independently most of the time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
