Your Role:

Works with the Newspaper Advertising – Page Planning, and Pagination (NA-PPPG) Team throughout the project life cycle to support the design, development, and implementation of pages. Oversees the production process and acts as a liaison between Paginators and Operations Managers. Performs mentoring and SLA monitoring of all accounts. Also responsible for daily administrative tasks such as creating reports and attendance, and behavioral monitoring and coaching.

• At least 2 years or more as a team leader or supervisor
• Knowledge and application of design tools such as Adobe InDesign (Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of Performance Metrics
• With Flexibility in shifting schedules
• at least 25 Mbps of internet speed
