Your Role:
The Team Lead oversees the production process—from creation, development, and delivery of projects—for SEO Team.
What you will do:
- Understanding client’s business needs, job orders, production briefs, and clarifying issues and concerns prior to starting work
- Checking and proofreading to ensure all completed copywriting orders comply with industry standards and client requirements
- Addressing team concerns and issues such as attendance-related offenses, shift scheduling, and overall team dynamics
- Mentoring, teaching, motivating, and continuously giving feedback to new hires
- Regularly communicating with internal and external clients to provide status updates
- Monitoring all clients’ Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensuring they are met during every shift

Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years supervisory experience.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of creative work.
- Solid understanding of SEO (Content)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a design team.
- Willing to work in night shifting schedule
