AKME Publishing Group Corp. is an independent publishing company that envisions to spearhead Filipino-made content to be known globally through a multitude of platforms. It started operations in late 2011 and produced its first project entitled Breakfast magazine, which is a bi-monthly food and lifestyle magazine. Breakfast has been known to be the first food magazine to tackle food and people altogether as it does not only feature recipes and the latest food trends but it also aims to highlight the masters behind every dish. The publication also released Chef Sau del Rosario's first cookbook to celebrate his 20th year in the industry. His book, 20 Years of Love + Cooking, is a testament of his culinary journey as a chef and student of life. As a publication, it seeks to collaborate with young creative minds who can bring its vision to life not only through various print materials but moreso in the digital landscape.
