Registration Assistant  

The Registration Head is the over-all responsible in the processing of the New Registration, Transfer of Ownership and Renewal of Registration of Units with LTO (Manila, Pampanga and Subic) as well as the release of plate, sticker and ORCR.

He or she is in charge of the checking and preparation of documents such as Certificate of Stock Report (CSR), Certificate of Payment, Bill of Lading, Sales Invoice Chassis/Engine, Body, Stencil, Affidavit of Rebuilt, etc. As well as the processing of Certificate of Compliance Emission System (CCES), Motor Vehicle Inspection System (MVIS), PNP/HPG Clearance Inspection Report with LTO and CTC Endorsement with DTI Angeles.

• Should be a graduate of BS Management, BS Business Administration, Financial Management, Associate’s degree or any business related courses and its equivalent
• Must have at least an intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be a team player, people, and customer service oriented
• Should be good in oral and written communication
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
