Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Performs administrative/ clerical tasks such as filing, recording, checking and encoding of support services documents.
- Provides admin support to the company staff.
- Provides admin support to various companywide activities.
- Assist in freight forwarding activities of sales staff
- Assumes responsibility for the ordering of materials, supplies, office, and computer equipment
- Maintains records and follow up files of purchases, asset monitoring, inventory and related matters.
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Perform related job duties as required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1-year experience as Office Admin/HR Staff.
- Good communication skills(Written& Oral).
- Must be knowledgeable in drafting Memo and different type of letters.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding negotiation abilities.
