Healthcare Operations Analyst  

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Operations Analyst (RCM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and performance. You will also contribute to the development and enhancement of self-service tools and dashboards for operational data analysis, supporting various business functions and stakeholders.

Work closely with our RCM leadership team to identify key success metrics to drive growth along with customer retention.

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, and provide ongoing reports.
• Contribute to implementing strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data analysis processes, such as databases, data visualization tools, and data collection systems
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Mathematics, Economics, Healthcare, or any related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and/or ability to drive SOP improvements.
• Experience in operations analytics/operational data analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Solid understanding of business processes, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Ability to identify trends and patterns in large datasets and present actionable insights; ability to develop self-service tools and dashboards for reporting and data analysis.
• A positive “can-do” attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Nice to haves

• Experience working with any stage of the healthcare revenue cycle (e.g., coding, billing, claims, denials management) or has an in-depth knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and processes.
• Existing tool expertise – Salesforce, MS Tool Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms), business intelligence, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
