Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in monitoring all JOs from dispatch to completion.
- Coordinates with internal and external support teams in line with the completion of JOs.
- Assists in cancellation of ageing JOs from Sales Partners.
- Dispatches JOs and sends reports to SLI Contractors and Field Operations.
- Answer installation and repair follow up from different groups.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Preferably with Technical background.
- Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel.
- Six days a week schedule.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and during holidays.
- Willing to render overtime work.
- Good communication skills.
